Primary responsibilities and estimated amount of time:
Conduct financial administration, budgeting, financial reporting, and oversight of the organization’s financial matters. Ensure compliance with reporting laws. Collaborate with fundraising efforts. Advise the board on financial matters and provide guidance on strategic financial decisions.

- Provide focus and direction: Guide and follow the long-term and short-term strategic plans with the Board of Directors.
- Provide financial health and risk management e.g. budget creation, administration, financial administration, fraud protection and compliance.
- Provide guidance and administrative help for fundraising activities and membership.
