Primary responsibilities:
- Send cards/notes to members who are experiencing joyful happenings or challenging times in their lives.
- Call any members listed on the emergency contact list once the Emergency Contact process has been enacted by the President to notify them of a member’s death or death of a member’s spouse/partner.
- Submit monthly updates on the Sunshine Program activities for The Post Graduate
Estimated amount of time varies from month to month depending on number of cards needing to be sent. Initiating the telephone contact process varies from 30-60 minutes depending on number of members needing to be called. Writing and submitting the monthly update to The Post Graduate takes approximately 15 minutes.
