Membership Matters
AAUW (American Association of University Women) is a national organization based in Washington DC. We have been transforming women’s lives for more than a century. And now that we’ve won the fight to give women equal access to education, we’re taking on one of the most defining issues of our time: gender equity. However, we can’t do it alone.
WHO ARE WE?
West Suburban-Milwaukee, is one of 22 Wisconsin branches. Founded in 1957, our branch now includes more than 150 active members from around the greater Milwaukee area. Our members enjoy National, State, and branch benefits and connections. We focus on issues, not political parties and are grounded in values, not partisanship.
